Troy Downing will be meeting with the Commissioners on Saturday, October 20th from 3:00p.m. to 3:30 in the Commissioner's office at the Liberty County Courthouse. This meeting is open to the public.

Pugsley Bridge closed indefinitely.
Liberty County was notified today, 7/31/24, by the Montana Department of Transportation that after inspection, the Pugsley Bridge has several columns that have decayed and failed. At the request of the Department and in an effort to make sure that Liberty County residents and guests are safe, the Pugsley Bridge has been closed with no immediate plans to reopen.
We will keep the community informed as the plans become available.

SEPTIC SYSTEMS
The form below is for anyone who is building a new house or structure that will have an onsite wastewater disposal (aka septic) system. The form is also for any property owner that needs to replace parts of the septic system (i.e. new tank, or new leachfield). Liberty County follows Montana DEQ Circular 4.
