Liberty County Road Department is accepting sealed bids for a 1995 Kenworth T-600 Semi. We will be accepting bids for two weeks starting on 10/27/2026 at 5:00 PM until 11/10/2026 at 5:00 PM, at which time the bidding will be closed. Please bring a sealed envelope with your bid price, your name, and contact information, to the Liberty County Courthouse located at 111 1st Street East, Chester MT, 59522 if you are interested in purchasing this semi. The minimum bid accepted for this semi will be $10,000.00 and the truck details are as follows.

The form below is for anyone who is building a new house or structure that will have an onsite wastewater disposal (aka septic) system. The form is also for any property owner that needs to replace parts of the septic system (i.e. new tank, or new leachfield). Liberty County follows Montana DEQ Circular 4.
