PUBLIC NOTICE
Liberty County hereby announces its amended fiscal year 2025 (federal) goal for the Liberty County Airport. A race neutral goal of 10.45% for the Liberty County Airport for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) airport construction Contracts has been established. The proposed goals and rationale are available for inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday at Robert Peccia and Associates, 3147 Saddle Drive, Helena, MT, 59601 and can be made electronically available by request.
Comments on the DBE goal will be accepted until February 10, 2025 and can be sent to the following:

SEPTIC SYSTEMS
The form below is for anyone who is building a new house or structure that will have an onsite wastewater disposal (aka septic) system. The form is also for any property owner that needs to replace parts of the septic system (i.e. new tank, or new leachfield). Liberty County follows Montana DEQ Circular 4.
